Report. The PIPE's Report is published by DealFlow Media and features

The story entitled
"New Penny Stock Rule My Affect Liquidity" detailed the recent
proposal by the Securities and Exchange Commission to change the definition
of penny stocks, making it tougher for smaller, newer, or closely held
public companies to avoid official designation as a penny stock. The
new definition would require companies to meet new minimum listing standards
in order to avoid being categorized as penny stocks.
